1. Is tkLABS a staffing/recruitment company?
   No. tkLABS is a consulting and development firm. Our strength resides in leveraging the expertise of our team of engineers to take on a project, staff it and manage it through completion.


2. Is there a minimum size project tkLABS will consider?
   Even small projects deserve to be done correctly. There is no project too small for us to work on, whether it is the development of a utility program or a complete client-server commercial product, our team is up to the challenge.


3. What is the average size of a tkLABS project team?
   While we do have projects that require only 1 resource, most of the projects we do consist of teams of 2-5 engineers.


4. Do tkLABS charge by the hour or fixed-cost?
   The short answer is we do both. Depending on the length, nature and maturity of the project and the expertise required, we will structure our payment basis in the best manner that meets the client needs.
