tkLABS Lead Retrieval System
Wireless lead tracking system specifically geared towards tracking participants or customer prospects at a conference or expo. The Lead Retrieval System fulfills the following needs:
- Allow an attendee to track which booths were visited
- Allow an attendee to track which vendor representative he/she met
- Allow vendors to track which attendees are visiting their booths
- Attendee and vendor registration for an event
- Association of a vendor to a specific reader
- Track attendee movements within the facility or tradeshow booths.
- Present targeted presentations when that person steps in front of an audiovisual kiosk.
- Automatically record which of the invited guests attended the seminars, meetings, or hospitality events.
- Automatically send follow up emails to visitors who viewed presentations and copy the salesperson or manager assigned to that prospect.
- Control entry access
All of above activities can be viewed and controlled through a browser without the need to install any applications. Each user has their own account to safe guard private information. The Lead Retrieval Server is based on JBOSS/MySQL technology that records and processes information received from the Lead Retrieval Reader in real time. The server also provides customers with web access to give them most up-to-date information of their leads.
